Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy explains how Khanta Audio, a brand of Sanre Software Development Services (a business name registered with the Philippine DTI, "we", "us"), collects and uses your personal information when you use khanta-audio.com or the KHANTA plugin. It's written to meet the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and password (stored securely, hashed, via our authentication provider — we never see your plain-text password).
• License and activation data — your license key, and, when you activate the Software, a machine identifier and your computer's device name, so we can enforce the per-license activation limit and let you manage your own activations.
• Purchase information — confirmation that a payment was completed and its amount. Your card details are handled entirely by PayMongo, our payment processor — we never receive or store your full card number.
• Referral information — if you buy through an affiliate's link, we record which referral code was used, to credit the correct affiliate.

3. How we use your information

We use this information to:

• create and maintain your account;
• issue, activate, and enforce the limits of your license;
• process your purchase and respond to support requests;
• track and pay affiliate commissions, where applicable;
• meet our own legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run KHANTA and this Site, and share only what each one needs to do its job:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and license-activation servers;
• PayMongo — processes payments;
• Cloudflare — hosts the installer file for download (no personal data passes through this).

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and license information for as long as your account is active, and purchase records for as long as required by Philippine tax and business record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to those legal retention requirements.

6. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

As a data subject under RA 10173, you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; access it; object to certain processing; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure or blocking, where applicable; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Security

We rely on our infrastructure providers' security practices (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access-controlled databases) to protect your information, and don't store payment card details ourselves at all.

9. Children

KHANTA and this Site aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required to hold their own account under Philippine law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
